Karhulanvaaralla koittaa kohta kohtalon kevät!
Tervehdys Suomussalmelta,
Karhulanvaaran masterplan on saanut jo alustavan kirjallisen muotonsa. Sitä on käsitelty monissa palavereissa matkailuasiantuntijoiden kanssa. Minusta tuntuu, että oikeilla jäljilla ollaan, kommenteista päätellen. Suomussalmi voi saada Karhulanvaarasta voimakkaan matkailullisen kohteen - yhteispeliä ja yhdessäideointia ja yhteisiä, tulevaisuuteen tähtääviä konsensus-päätöksiä se vaatii. Mutta siihen täällä pystytään, uskon vakaasti.

The master plan for the future of Beary Hill is now written as nr 1 rev. Due to lots of meetings and discussions with the professional travel operators, I've got a feeling that the path chosen might be the right one. Beary Hill (Karhulanvaara) may become one of these days a new strong tourism destination for Suomussalmi-Finland. BUT it takes a lot of planning, common decisions on future of Suomussalmi... I'm quite optimistic about that here the decision makers will be able to do it. But where are all the interested bodies in these premises, these are seldom available in tourism industry, ready for use?
